A Rainy Lunch Time

I usually like "good " light for my photography, but when I was in Saffron Walden last month for an RPS event, we were asked to take 6 images during the lunch time break, for projection later in that afternoon. Of course it was rainy .... but here's what I managed to capture -

Don't think these images are going to make me give up looking for "good" light in which to photograph, but  perhaps it may I should carry a camera even when it rains ....

ARPS Panel

I've put the photos which made up my (successful) panel submission for Associateship of the Royal Photographic Society on to my web site. Here is a link to that site -

I've also included my Statement of Intent which was required for the submission.  The submission was in Visual Art and comprised 15 prints matted in 50cm by 40cm antique white mounts, presented in 3 rows of 5 pictures.
The photos were printed on Somerset Satin paper.

ARPS

Some good news for me last week - I've been successful in obtaining an Associateship of the Royal Photographic Society here in the UK. I had submitted a panel of 15 photographic prints for assessment in Visual Art. The theme of the panel was urban decay/renergation. I'm really am delighted! I'll be putting the photos onto my website shortly - here is a link
